DIY/Price per Décor
With the DIY option, you handle pick-up and return yourself. Rustic Elegance Event Rental (REER) will help you select the right items for your vision and style, and provide design photos to help you recreate your vision on the day of the event. REER will organize, label, and pack up your order so it is easy for you to pick up and return. Pricing is based on what rental items you select; no additional fees.

If you have all the planning under control, but want some help design/style/decorate your event the day-of, we can step in and help. Let us help you bring your vision to life with your team of helpers while you enjoy your big day!
This Package includes:

2 hour consultation/design session(s) before event to develop your vision.

Delivery of rental items from us to your event venue WITHIN 25 mile radius.

Pricing will also vary OUTSIDE of the 25 mile radius. Delivery Pricing varies depending on the location and the size/quantity of rental items.

Additional charges apply if more than Rosemary is needed

Client is responsible for rental items RETURN.

4 hours of on-site set-up and styling. Styling can include centerpieces, head table, cake table, candy/dessert bar, or any other area the client would like styled. Room flip NOT included. (If plans indicate additional time or staff is needed, pricing will be affected accordingly.)

Elegance Event Rental to decorate with decorations that are not rented by Rustic Elegance Event Rental. -

Full Service
We offer Venue Styling Full Service with Rosemary and her staff to design your beautiful wedding Or event. If you have all the planning under control we will design/style/decorate, 10 hours on site day to ensure your vision comes to life. (We can modify this service if additional time is necessary)
This package includes:

Unlimited design sessions to achieve desired vision.

Site visit to venue for walk through and detailed floor plan.

Unlimited follow-up calls/emails to client and venue before event.

Arrive at the venue ahead of the bride/groom to begin decorating.

Additional charges may apply if additional time is need to complete Full Service.

Decorate venue as to your vision. Place favors, votives, candles, photos, gift sign-in, card box, cake table, seating assignments, dessert staging, etc. Add the details to the staging and decor. Room flip NOT included.

Removal and breakdown of decorations after event.

Assure decorations are off venue property at the contracted time.
